Q. How do I make an order ?

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products that you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue adding other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the orders.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you are required to log in the account with your username and password. If you do not have an account, please register it before making the payment.
  4. Please confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. Please select your shipping method then click “next” button.
  6. Please choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  7. Please re-confirm your billing details and agree on the terms and conditions.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Q. What happen if I forget my password for my account. How do I retrieve the password?

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.
